Tendulkar says no to test captaincy

Good decision Sachin. I dont doubt his capabilities as a captain.But the way the senior players are treated, its better to take orders than to issue them. Also senior should now concentrate more on Test cricket than one-day and T20 versions.
Dhoni is a good one-day/T20 captain, i would want to have Kumble as a test captain. But even kumble has reached his peak. Next captain that comes in my mind is ganguly. I don't think he will take up a job in which he was booted out few years ago. So all the senior players have a good reason to decline a job offer.

So the topic now moves to younger players.Dhoni,Sehwag,Yuvraj are only few names that one can take.Sehwag with his current form will be shown the boot. Yuvraj is yet to establish his mark in test cricket. Only guy left..dhoni. Having proved his mark in 50-50 and 20-20 version he is sure to get the job offer.
Also i always felt a wicket-keeper can be a good captain. A wicket-keeper is to one who is a good judge while arranging fieldings, a motivator (remember shabaash shabaash..nayan mongia).
Ian healy, Adam parore,kaluwitharana,moin khan..are all good wicket-keeper/captain.

So Sachin good luck for your future.Let the young guns take over..Chak de India.
